Where to begin, Kristen was a referral from an old friend that has used her in countless transactions, so it was a no brainer that we would use her as first time home buyers. We were under the gun to get out of a rental and we weren't even sure the buying process could be done in time. The long story short is she is fantastic. Professional, caring, knowledgeable, experienced and an ally, something you need desperately in this process. I have said countless times, the extremely unusual circumstances of our purchase and the insane seller we were up against, all ONLY happened and closed because of her. She kept us on track, focused and motivated and her hard working, late nights, can-do attitude and negotiations, all is what carried this process to completion. I very much appreciated her direct and thoughtful insight and style of communication. When we had questions, she had answers, and when we were on a cliff wanting to jump off, she talked us off and kept us positive. Not to mention, her network of people and contacts were invaluable. I seriously wish we bought and sold homes more often so we could work with her more. But for now, I am extremely thankful she was our representative, appreciated all she did to put us in a great home and will forever give her all the credit for making it happen -- all wrapped up in a process mind you that hands down must be paradoxically one of life's biggest stresses and joys.
