Where to begin, Kristen was a referral from an old friend that has used her in countless transactions, so it was a no brainer that we would use her as first time home buyers. We were under the gun to get out of a rental and we weren't even sure the buying process could be done in time. The long story short is she is fantastic. Professional, caring, knowledgeable, experienced and an ally, something you need desperately in this process. I have said countless times, the extremely unusual circumstances of our purchase and the insane seller we were up against, all ONLY happened and closed because of her.
